The Dueling Buckler is a compact shield designed for close-quarters combat. When paired with a rapier or one-handed sword, and used with proper technique, it delivers fast, precise, and highly effective performance in combat.

In design, we stay true to our signature style, featuring a realistic metal-like finish with battle-worn detailing. Even the back of the shield—often unseen by opponents—is carefully crafted. The central grip features a wood-grain texture, reinforced with metal-like fittings at both ends, echoing the construction of traditional shields. This attention to detail not only enhances visual authenticity, but also deepens overall immersion and reflects our uncompromising approach to product design.

Constructed from high-quality polyurethane foam in a single-mold process, without any metal components, the buckler is lightweight, durable, and safe, while requiring minimal maintenance. A fiber-reinforced core within the handle ensures stability and control during swordsmanship and combat use. With balanced hardness, it offers an ideal combination of safety and responsive feedback, allowing for quick parries, deflections, and controlled counters—making it an essential companion in blade-based combat.
